This agreement sets forth your Terms of Use (“Terms”) for music purchased by you owned by Whitefeather Productions, LLC. “Purchased Music” includes all music, whether sold in physical compact disc format or sold as a digital file for download and storage by you. Digital files are sold without embedded digital security, and the absence of digital security within the downloaded files shall not be interpreted to broaden or remove any of the restrictions set forth in these Terms.
You may use Purchased Music only for your personal, non-commercial purposes. We also grant you a limited exception for non-commercial use for live use in a dance studio for direct pedagogical purposes (“Classroom Use”). These rights are non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, you may not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, repurpose, modify, adapt, edit, license or otherwise transfer, or use Purchased Music. You may not transfer, distribute or resell any of our music. We do not grant you any synchronization, public performance, public display, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction, or distribution rights for any music. Whitefeather Productions, LLC retains all intellectual and commercial rights to its music, including all rights over the performance and distribution of its music. No sale of a digital file shall be interpreted to be a transfer of any intellectual property ownership rights, but shall be construed wholly as a license to use the music subject to these Terms.
