It incorporates slow and steady tempos that are necessary for the introduction and execution of new steps without sacrificing the artistic quality of music. The CD is a compilation of classical pieces using their original compositions with very little improvisation. Each of the selections include a four count introduction. Each track suggests an exercise only as a guideline.
